How to make a payment
We’ve made it easy and flexible for you to make your payment.
You can pay by direct debit, standing order, debit card, cheque or bank giro credit. To obtain further details, simply select one of the options below and follow the instructions:
- Pay online via our customer portal
- Contact us to make a payment over the phone
- Request a blank Direct Debit Mandate
- Request our bank account details
Accessing the Customer Portal
Our existing customer portal will no longer be available from 30 January 2026. To manage your mortgage account after this date, please sign up for our new customer portal here.
Please note: If you wish to make use of the customer portal, we must have a record of the email address you wish to register with. If you are unable to register, please contact our customer services team to ensure we have your correct email address on record.
