We are committed to working with customers to understand the reasons behind mortgage repayment difficulties and to identify suitable arrangements or other Workout Options to address the situation.
Our ability to work with customers experiencing payment difficulties is dependent on a good understanding of those customers’ circumstances. Specifically, we need to understand income and expenditure in detail to be able to assess how affordable the current mortgage is and whether the customer can afford any of the other Workout Options we can offer.
If you contact us in relation to your mortgage repayment difficulties, we may ask you to complete an Income & Expenditure (I&E) Form and send it back to us at:

We will also ask for further supporting details, such as payslips, bank statements, documents relating to tax and/or benefits and a reference from your employer or accountant, to assist in our assessment of your individual circumstances.

If required, we can arrange for our representative to visit you at home to help you through the process (please note, there may be a charge for this service. If there is, we will tell you in advance of the visit).
